DA Technology Acquires Two Patents Related to Secondary Batteries

DA Technology announced on the 17th that it has consecutively acquired two domestic and international patents related to secondary batteries. The patent titles are "Cell Stack Laminating Device and Method for Secondary Batteries" and "Battery Component Distributing Device and Secondary Battery Cell Manufacturing System Equipped with the Same."
Regarding the patent for the cell stack laminating device and method for secondary batteries, when stacking the anode and cathode plates alternately, the separator is directly pressed against the anode and cathode plates and stacked in a zigzag pattern. In this process, by properly controlling the spacing between the anode and cathode plates arranged on both sides of the separator and the speed of raising the bottom of the separator as the upper shaft, scratches that may occur during the stacking process can be prevented. The stacking speed is also known to have improved compared to existing equipment.
The battery component distributing device and the secondary battery cell manufacturing system equipped with it distribute the electrode plates and battery components of the secondary battery cell to multiple designated process positions and can supply them continuously. It can significantly improve the process speed and is expected to be configured by integrating multiple process equipment into one.
