On the morning of the 16th, Suhyup Bank Vice President Kim Cheol-hwan visited the president's office on the 3rd floor of the Pukyong National University headquarters and handed over 100 million KRW in development funds to President Jang Young-soo.
This donation is to support the innovation and development of Pukyong National University by Suhyup Bank, the university's main banking partner.
In 2011, Suhyup Bank signed an agreement with Pukyong National University as its main banking partner and pledged to donate 5 billion KRW in development funds to support university development, nurturing outstanding talents in fisheries and marine fields, and research.
Following this agreement, Suhyup Bank began by donating 3 billion KRW in 2011 and has been donating more than 100 million KRW annually to Pukyong National University.
