On the 16th, according to Gwangsan Police Station, Wolgok Precinct conducted a thorough inspection of security facilities (CCTV and emergency bells) along safe return paths near single-woman workplaces in foreigner-dense areas within its jurisdiction.
During this inspection, special attention was given to checking the malfunctioning of security facilities, obstruction of signboards, and other issues at three women’s safe return paths, 36 CCTVs, 149 streetlights, and 8 emergency bells.
Additionally, opinions were gathered from nearby residents and merchants, and flexible patrol methods were promoted.
