Case 780 is the child of Jeonnam cases 464 and 467, who were previously confirmed positive.
Jeonnam cases 464 and 467, residents of Gwangju, visited Hwasun Jeonnam National University Hospital for medical treatment, underwent diagnostic testing, and were confirmed positive, thus classified as Jeonnam cases. Their infection route has not yet been identified.
