Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office Employee Confirmed Positive... Office Building Closed
In August this year, a COVID-19 case was confirmed at Bupyeong District Office in Incheon.

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] One public official affiliated with Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the 10th, leading to the temporary closure of the government office building.
The confirmed official was identified as working at the Bupyeong-gu Office building, and the route of infection has not yet been determined. Health authorities plan to define the scope of testing among the office workers through epidemiological investigation.
This is the fourth case of a confirmed public official in Bupyeong-gu. Previously, in June and August, two and one affiliated officials respectively tested positive, resulting in the closure of the office building.

A Bupyeong-gu official stated, "For now, we plan to conduct COVID-19 tests on employees working on the same floor as the confirmed official," adding, "The exact number of people to be tested has not been finalized."
