From the night of the 9th to the morning of the 10th, raindrops or snow will fall in some central regions such as Seoul, southern Gyeonggi, northern Chungnam, and southern Yeongseo in Gangwon. From daytime to night on the 10th, precipitation will occur in the central region and the western coast of Jeonbuk.
From 9 PM on the 9th to 9 AM on the 10th, precipitation less than 5mm is expected in Seoul, Gyeonggi, central and northern Yeongseo in Gangwon, northern Chungnam, and the five islands in the West Sea. Snowfall of 1 to 3 cm is forecasted in eastern Gyeonggi and central to northern Yeongseo in Gangwon.
The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between -4 and 5 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 5 and 14 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentration is at a 'normal' level across all regions. However, in southern Gyeonggi, Sejong, Chungbuk, and Chungnam, it is expected to be at a 'bad' level in the morning, and in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong region at night.

The Korea Meteorological Administration explained that due to stagnant air in the central-western region, domestically generated fine dust accumulates while foreign fine dust inflows, causing somewhat high concentrations.
