The CCM Excellent Certification Company Award, hosted by the Fair Trade Commission and organized by the Korea Consumer Agency and the Korea Consumer Organization Council, is given to companies that have contributed to the spread of consumer-oriented management culture and the promotion of consumer rights.
DB Life was recognized for its consumer-centered management achievements by recording the lowest incomplete sales rate among life insurance companies last year (excluding internet specialized sellers) and obtaining the highest number of excellent ratings (8 times) in the insurance policy understanding evaluation in the life insurance industry.
