FastFive, Single-User Product Users Increase Sevenfold in Half a Year
Inquiries Increased by 252% in November as COVID-19 Resurgence Begins Compared to Previous Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Office platform company FastFive (CEO Kim Dae-il) announced on the 9th that the number of users of its personalized product for solo entrepreneurs or freelancers, 'PaPa Pass,' has increased sevenfold within six months of its launch.
Launched in May, 'PaPa Pass' had about 42 inquiries at the time, but as of the end of November, new inquiries increased to 338. The average number of inquiries over the past three months was 172, with inquiries sharply rising by 252% in November, when the COVID-19 resurgence began, compared to October. The number of users has steadily increased, with 99 people using PaPa Pass as of the end of November, and it is expected to reach 120 by the end of the year.
PaPa Pass is a product designed for solo entrepreneurs, freelancers, and office workers who frequently work outside the office, allowing them to use FastFive's services on a monthly basis. Users can access lounges and meeting rooms at FastFive locations in their desired areas without time restrictions, receiving various services in spaces optimized for work rather than cafes or study rooms.
This year, FastFive has rapidly grown by diversifying its business beyond PaPa Pass. The number of members increased by about 41%, from 12,814 in January to a total of 17,982 as of the end of November. Additionally, the average annual growth rate of corporate clients with more than 50 employees over the past three years reached 166%.
