The Best Bravo Driver award is a commendation given to Bravo Taxi drivers who provide public transportation services to remote and isolated areas, aiming to instill pride in realizing transportation welfare and to continuously develop the service.
Mr. Choi operates in five villages including Janggyemaeul, and has been recognized for his exemplary service, such as kindly assisting elderly passengers with mobility difficulties and carrying heavy luggage.
Mr. Yoo operates in seven villages including An-eoman Village in Changnyeong-gun, and has contributed to stabilizing the Bravo Taxi project by teaching fellow drivers how to use the Bravo Taxi operating system for its early adoption.
The selection of the Best Bravo Driver is conducted through recommendations from village chiefs or residents of villages where Bravo Taxi operates, with applications received from each city and county. The selection process involves strict screening by taxi corporations, private taxi associations, and Gyeongnam Province, and recipients receive a commendation from the governor along with a certain amount of support funds provided by each taxi association.
