Russia Begins Hospital Distribution of COVID-19 Vaccine 'Sputnik V'

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Nana] Reuters reported that Russia's domestically developed novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccine 'Sputnik V' began distribution to hospitals on the 5th (local time).
On the same day, Russia's COVID task force (TF) team announced that the vaccine had started to be distributed to 70 hospitals and would be prioritized for healthcare workers, teachers, and social workers exposed to the risk of COVID-19 infection.
The vaccine is only available for adults aged 18 to 60. Additionally, people with underlying conditions, pregnant women, and those who have suffered from respiratory illnesses in the past two weeks are prohibited from vaccination.
