Hwasun-gun, Recruiting Participants for Local Quarantine Job Program
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Young-gyun] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 4th that it will recruit 41 workers to be in charge of public institution life quarantine work to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infectious disease.
The county is promoting a local quarantine job project to strengthen life quarantine in public facilities and multi-use facilities and to provide public jobs to vulnerable employment groups.
Applicants must be Hwasun-gun residents aged between 18 and 64 (including those born in 1956), with a standard median income of 65% or less and assets under 200 million KRW to apply.
The application period is from the 14th to the 16th of this month.
Applications can be made by visiting the administrative welfare center of the applicant's address with an ID card.
The local quarantine job project will be conducted for five months from January to May next year, and duties will include visitor management, life quarantine, and environmental maintenance.

Working hours are 4 hours per day, and wages are 8,720 KRW per hour, the 2021 minimum wage. Four major insurance premiums and holiday allowances (in some workplaces) apply.
