(Korea Modern Design Association) Holds 2020 International Poster Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Chung-hoon] The Korea Ensemble of Contemporary Design (KECD, 15th President Yoo Yun-ho) will hold the 2020 International Poster Exhibition online from December 19 to January 18, 2021. The theme of this exhibition is ‘Breath.’ The theme was chosen to convey the difficulties faced by the international community due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) through graphic posters.
The association stated that they attempted to read the context of breath through the language of visual arts, emphasizing that ‘complete breath’ is more precious than ever these days. The exhibition will be held in a non-face-to-face virtual reality (VR) space, with participation from 14 associations across 8 Asian countries including Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran, and Macao.
