Hwasun-gun Announces Naming Contest for 'Youth Center' Until the 10th
[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Young-gyun] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 1st that it will hold a naming contest for the tentative name ‘Hwasun-gun Youth Center.’
The Youth Center is a space that supports various activities such as communication, exchange, and collaboration among local youth.
The contest period is from today until the 10th.
Applicants can download the application form from the notice section on the website, fill it out, and submit it via email to the person in charge or by visiting the Planning and Audit Office.
The county is promoting the naming contest to create an original name that is easy to understand and remember, reflecting the role and vision of the Youth Center.
Anyone interested in youth policies can participate in this contest, and only one submission per person is allowed.
The prizes are 500,000 KRW for one grand prize winner, 200,000 KRW each for two excellence award winners, and 10,000 KRW each for ten effort award winners, all paid in Hwasun Love Gift Certificates.
The contest results will be announced on the county office website in early January next year, and winners will be notified individually.

A county official said, “We hope that through this contest, local youth will take more interest in the Hwasun-gun Youth Center and have an opportunity to participate in future center programs. Starting with the naming contest, we will discover and promote highly satisfactory programs reflecting the opinions of local youth to revitalize the center.”
