[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (KSMB) announced on the 1st that it will be hiring new employees in 2021.
The recruitment field is office work, and anyone can apply regardless of age, education, or major.
The hiring method is a 'regular employee linked internship,' where after a 2-month internship, outstanding interns will be converted to regular employees.
Applications will be accepted from the 7th to the 21st of this month through the KSMB recruitment website.
Written exams and interviews will follow for those who pass the document screening, and successful candidates will work in their respective departments for 2 months during the internship process before being hired as new employees through a final evaluation.
