According to Gwangju City on the 29th, a person identified as A, who arrived from Ukraine the previous day, tested positive in a COVID-19 diagnostic test and was classified as Gwangju case number 687.
Case 687 was quarantined at the Gwangju Fire Service Academy after entering the country, and investigations found no additional movement paths or contacts.
