When the first confirmed case appeared, the Gwangjin District Office ordered the entire hospital to be closed and facility personnel to be quarantined, but the hospital reportedly sent some employees home and filed a complaint against Hye-min Hospital with the police in September. However, it was investigated that at the time the employees were sent home, the district office had not yet issued a cohort isolation order document.
