The kimchi was individually packaged in 10 kg portions through the Seoul Metropolitan Chapter of the Korean Red Cross and delivered to 180 vulnerable households in Jongno, Eunpyeong, and Seodaemun districts.
Since 2016, NongHyup Life Insurance has purchased kimchi from Dojeon 4-ri Village in Yeoju, with which it has maintained a partnership and exchange, supporting farmers who have been struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, floods, and typhoons.
