According to Kakao Commerce, the transaction volume of Kakao Shopping Live grew 21 times compared to May as of last month, and the transaction volume of broadcasts in October also increased about 2.5 times compared to September, showing continuous growth.
Live commerce allows consumers to ask sellers questions in real time, and sellers can also explain the advantages of products to consumers in real time.
In the case of Kakao Shopping Live, anyone can easily watch broadcasts through KakaoTalk, the national messenger app.
