Honam University Department of Food Service and Culinary Science Opens Contactless Popup Restaurant
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Honam University announced on the 24th that Sowugyou, the startup club of the Department of Food Service and Culinary Science, opened a non-face-to-face popup restaurant for one week from the 23rd to the 27th.
The popup restaurant, the seventh organized by Sowugyou, developed 10 products through continuous cooperation with five participating companies (Pakuyah, Hangadaejigomtang, Mapo Galmaegi, Simintongdak, Yangseonbi) during the second semester in preparation for the COVID-19 situation.
Sowugyou is a startup club under the LINC+ Project Group, developing items created in the Creative Dream Room and startup club jointly with field practitioners, establishing itself as a regional industry linkage program, and plans to provide products free of charge to new students this year through the profits.
