'Drunk Driving' Son of Chong Kun Dang Chairman Receives Suspended Sentence Again in Appeal Trial
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] The son of Lee Jang-han, chairman of Chong Kun Dang, who was prosecuted for drunk driving, was also sentenced to probation in the appeal trial.
The Seoul Central District Court Criminal Appeal Division 4-1 (Presiding Judge Kim Yang-seop) on the morning of the 24th sentenced Lee, who was charged with violating the Road Traffic Act (drunk driving), to one year in prison with a two-year probation, the same as the first trial. He was also ordered to complete 40 hours of lawful driving lectures.

Lee was prosecuted for driving in Gangnam, Seoul, in February this year with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.091%. He has a prior record of punishment for drunk driving in 2007.
