From the 10th, the qualifying preliminaries were held over two days with 36 holes of stroke play, divided into three groups: A, B, and C, playing 18 holes each day. Starting from the 17th, groups A and B advanced to the finals up to 33rd place, and group C up to 34th place, competing in the ranking tournament.
