View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Songpa-gu (Mayor Park Seong-su) will hold a "Youth Online Forum" at 7 p.m. on the 20th at the Lotte World Tower SKY31 Convention to listen to various opinions of youth and reflect them in policies.
This youth forum is part of the "Songpa-gu Youth Policy Roadmap" that the district has been promoting since last year.
With the full enforcement of the Youth Basic Act scheduled for August 5 this year, the district has formed and is operating the public-private governance organization "Songpa Youth Network" to increase youth social participation and create effective youth policies.
The event will include ▲ a conversation session with author Lim Hong-taek, author of "The 90s Are Coming," titled "Youth Thoughts, Communication with Youth" ▲ a presentation by Ki Hyun-joo, former head of the Seoul Youth Activity Support Center, on the theme "What Makes Empathetic Youth Policies Different?" ▲ and a thematic presentation and discussion by Shin Ji-hyun, a member of the Songpa Youth Network, on "How to Survive as a Songpa Youth."
Members of the Songpa Youth Network and pre-registered participants will join both online and offline, and the event will be broadcast live on the "SongpaTV" YouTube channel from 7 p.m. on the 20th.
Anyone interested in youth policies can participate online and share diverse opinions.

Park Seong-su, Mayor of Songpa-gu, stated, "Since taking office, we have continued efforts to listen to the vivid voices of youth by holding large forums and policy proposal presentations with the participation of over 200 young people," adding, "We will create an environment where youth can express their voices more honestly, including expanded dialogue spaces both online and offline, and develop youth-tailored policies."
