Lawmaker Cho is accused of distorting and publicizing poll results by appearing on the YouTube channel 'Goseongguk TV' before the election and responding to the host's question, "If Hong Jun-pyo runs as an independent, will candidate Cho win?" with "He will win by a large margin."
The Changwon District Prosecutors' Office Miryang Branch has requested a fine of 3 million won for lawmaker Cho and submitted this in writing.
