Chonnam National University Yeosu Campus to Host 'CNU YEOSU' Forum on the 20th
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Gwan-woo] Jeonnam National University Yeosu Campus announced on the 17th that it will hold the 19th ‘CNU YEOSU Forum’ on the 20th at the International Conference Room of the Industry-Academia Cooperation Building on the Yeosu Campus.
Under the theme of ‘Strategies for Fostering Convergent Talents in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution,’ this forum will explore ways to cultivate talents who can adapt to the rapidly changing era of AI, big data, and the Internet of Things.
The topics to be presented include ▲Dream of Yeosu, Future of Yeosu (Kim Hoe-jae, Member of the National Assembly) ▲Vision and Role of FIRA, a Specialized Institution for Fisheries Resource Management (Lim Young-soo, Director of Resource Business Headquarters, Korea Fisheries Resources Agency) ▲Revitalization of the Regional Economy through Regional Specialization (Yoon Young-do, Professor at Yonsei University) ▲Future Education in the Transition Period and Development Direction of Jeonnam National University Yeosu Campus (Lee Woo-beom, Professor at Jeonnam National University).
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, only a minimal number of people will attend the forum in person, but it will be available for viewing on YouTube.
