KAMCO Onbid Opens Drive-in Public Auction Academy
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), which operates the public asset disposal system Onbid, announced on the 16th that it held the '2020 Drive-in Public Auction Academy' on the 13th at the parking lot of Seoul Grand Park in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
This Drive-in Public Auction Academy was prepared to continuously communicate with Onbid users offline as well, following the online public auction academy conducted via video streaming (KakaoTV) since last month.
The Drive-in Public Auction Academy was conducted in a drive-in theater style where participants minimized contact due to COVID-19 prevention measures and listened to the instructor's lecture via radio inside their cars. About 250 vehicles and 370 people attended the event on site.
