Practical YouTube Training with Humanities for Successful Startup Support
Han (HAN) Culture Content Research Institute Signs Business Agreement with Jeju Dongmun Public Market Youth Mall
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Han(HAN) Cultural Contents Research Institute CEO Han Gyudong and Jeju Dongmun Public Market Youth Mall CEO Park Jinkwang signed a mutual business agreement on the 12th.
Han(HAN) Cultural Contents Research Institute conducted a five-day practical YouTube training for 23 prospective youth mall tenants.
From channel planning to production and channel activation plans, three days were offline and two days were online training. Afterward, official channels for Jeju Dongmun Market Youth Mall and personal channels were created, and they plan to operate them simultaneously with the youth mall opening.
Especially during the final practical session, a live YouTube broadcast was streamed to introduce their startup items, establishing the technology to conduct live commerce after starting their businesses.
The items entering the youth mall include food, wholesale and retail services, manufacturing, such as Jeju T-shirts, Jeju concept designs, Jeju-inspired Jjamppong Galbi, Omegitteok, fruit mochi, and various other startup items. The youth tenants are expected to have diverse majors such as practical music, interior design, hotel cooking, aircraft maintenance, e-commerce, and design arts.
So far, the Jeju Dongmun Public Market Youth Business Group (Jeong Mira) has provided startup preparation education including tax and labor, interior design, and business coaching. Han Cultural Contents completed education to establish a foundation for promoting items and product sales through youth mall and personal YouTube channels after startup via practical YouTube training.
Through this agreement, Han Cultural Contents Research Institute plans to support youth mall tenants in various ways. Close exchanges will be conducted regarding collaboration cases between the youth mall and local communities and organizations, market revitalization through cultural performances and cultural projects, and operation methods of human networks.
Park Jinkwang, CEO of Jeju Dongmun Public Market Youth Mall, expressed that the youth merchants united by challenge and passion and Han(HAN) Cultural Contents Research Institute will strive for mutual growth by creating bright future cultural programs through joint participation and cooperation.
Han Gyudong, CEO of Han(HAN) Cultural Contents, also gave a humanities lecture on startup, imagination, and future design. In this lecture, he explained that while some skills can be learned and repeated to a certain extent, there are limits. Success is impossible without imagination. He urged developing the ability to enhance imagination through books and artworks.

As an example, he cited Nam June Paik’s concept of the electronic highway, noting that the current internet we use today was first proposed by Nam June Paik. The Jeju Dongmun Public Market Youth Mall is scheduled to open around the end of December.
