KT M-House Launches Customer-Selectable Gift Certificate 'One Pick Coupon'
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] A gift certificate that allows the recipient to directly choose the brand product they want when receiving a mobile coupon has been launched.
On the 13th, KT M-House launched the customer-selectable gift certificate 'One Pick Coupon'. The One Pick Coupon is divided into categories such as coffee, convenience stores, bakery, chicken, and pizza, and consists of up to six brands per category.
If the recipient selects one desired brand, they can receive a gift show of the selected brand again. For example, if a customer who received a coffee 'One Pick Coupon' selects Starbucks through the link in the coupon, a Starbucks Americano gift show will be resent.
Existing mobile gift certificates had fixed brands and products for exchange, making it inconvenient to use if the preferred product was not available or if there was no nearby exchange location. KT M-House launched this new concept gift certificate that allows recipients of mobile gift certificates to choose the brand they want to use to resolve these inconveniences.
KT M-House plans to expand customer convenience and increase the usage rate of Gift Show through the One Pick Coupon. After launch, they plan to add brands within categories to expand the product range. One Pick Coupons can be purchased through the Gift Show app or website.
