Former Trump Butler: "Trump Will Not Return to the White House After Christmas Vacation"
"Marerago Resort Trip, Probably Not Coming Back"
"Not the Type to Attend Biden's Inauguration on January 20"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunwoo Lee] Michael Cohen, former personal lawyer who acted as a butler for U.S. President Donald Trump, stated that due to Trump's personality, he may not be able to watch President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration ceremony and might not return to the White House at all after the Christmas holiday. Cohen reportedly said that Trump would not be able to endure the situation where the whole world views him as a loser.
On the 11th (local time), according to The Hill, a U.S. political media outlet, Michael Cohen said in an interview with MSNBC, "President Trump usually goes to the Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, during the Christmas holidays and then returns to the White House around January 5th or 6th, but this time he might not return at all." He added, "If he returns this time, he would have to watch Biden's presidential inauguration, which he would see as the world viewing him as a loser, and he would not be able to endure that."
Cohen continued, "Going forward, Trump will claim for over 30 years that he won this election and that the Democrats stole the presidency, so everyone should prepare tranquilizers in advance." He disparaged, "Trump is making noise about having evidence that this election was fraudulent, but 99.9% of what he says is lies." He warned, "He will continue to claim the election was stolen, campaign to his supporters, and relentlessly attack the Democrats. His dog whistle tactics will be a significant threat."
There are also speculations that President Trump might run again in the 2024 presidential election. Trump has already told his aides that he is considering running again in 2024 and is reportedly preparing a scenario to establish a major media company for this purpose. Mick Mulvaney, former White House Chief of Staff and Northern Ireland envoy, also predicted on the 5th that "If President Trump fails to be re-elected, he will definitely run again in 2024."

Since President Trump failed to be re-elected in this election, a re-challenge is institutionally possible. The U.S. presidential term has been limited to two terms since the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution was established in 1951, but the terms do not have to be consecutive. Former President Grover Cleveland, who served as the 22nd and 24th president, also served non-consecutive terms. The BBC reported that although Trump lost this election, he received over 72 million votes, securing more than 47% of the vote share, so he could still be a strong presidential candidate four years from now.
