Particularly, various empathy-driven content such as 'Kebabaketem' and 'Gonggamilgi' that elevated shopping into an interactive experience and encouraged extensive consumer participation received high praise.
K Shopping operates the brand YouTube channel 'K Shop' and consistently presents content for consumers. Video content such as 'K Quiz on the Block' and 'Open Mind,' which naturally introduce the company’s diverse culture and job roles, broke away from one-sided and rigid corporate introduction content, successfully combining entertainment and information, earning positive reviews. Additionally, K Shopping practiced mutual growth through collaborative content with professional baseball cheering squads, who faced difficulties due to COVID-19 and games without audiences, and produced the cheerleader variety show 'Nolmyeon Mohani,' creating unique communication with baseball fans.
