Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Provides Art Prescriptions to Medical Staff and Citizens Exhausted by COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on the 10th that it will promote a pilot project called "Visiting Art Prescription" to comfort medical staff and citizens exhausted by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, in collaboration with the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service.
This project consists of a "Visiting Cultural Arts Healing Program," where artists visit medical staff to create art together and share the results, and a "Package Delivery Program," where citizens directly experience art by following the guide included in the delivered art packages.
Hospitals, public health centers, and other related facilities wishing to participate in the Visiting Cultural Arts Healing Program can apply by the 20th through the official website of the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service or a separate application website (http://naver.me/x3OMz7Aw).

Citizens who want the art packages can apply during the first period (November 10?13) or the second period (November 16?20) via the official website of the Education Service or a separate website (http://naver.me/58hJe6ya). The art packages will be delivered starting from the fourth week of November to the first 5,000 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
