Orders are received through Ddingdong, which has signed an agreement with the Seoul Metropolitan Government and Zero Delivery Union, and Barogo provides the delivery service. To maintain the quality of the food, orders are accepted only up to a predetermined quantity in advance. Delivery areas and ordering methods can be checked on the Ddingdong app. A Barogo official said, "We expect this event to provide small comfort to citizens living in the contactless era and open up possibilities for star chefs to expand delivery services."
