Samsung Card and Hana Bank Launch Savings Account with Up to 12% Annual Interest Rate
Base interest rate of 0.8% per year with an additional preferential interest rate of 11.2% per year

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Samsung Card announced on the 9th that it will hold an event called 'Hana Illi-itneun Savings feat. Samsung Card' with Hana Bank, offering an annual interest rate of 12%.
Hana Illi-itneun Savings provides a basic annual interest rate of 0.8% plus an additional preferential interest rate of 11.2%. The preferential interest rate is offered to new Samsung Card customers or those who have not used Samsung Card in the past six months and agree to Hana Bank's marketing. They must issue the 'American Express Blue' card, subscribe to Hana Illi-itneun Savings, and use the card for at least 10,000 KRW per month or accumulate usage of 300,000 KRW or more over three months.
The savings plan is a fixed installment type with a subscription period of 12 months and a monthly payment amount of 100,000 KRW. It will be sold with a limit of 50,000 accounts until December 31.
