According to The New York Times (NYT) on the day, President-elect Biden is scheduled to give a speech on an outdoor stage near the Riverfront Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware. It is known that his wife, Jill Biden, as well as Vice President-elect Senator Kamala Harris and her husband Douglas Emhoff, will also be present at the event.
