Jungjingong Partners with Sejong TP to Foster Smart Factory Workforce
Business Agreement on the 6th for Smart Factory Workforce Training and Support for Small and Medium Venture Enterprises
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 6th that it signed a business agreement with Sejong Technopark (Director Kim Hyun-tae, hereinafter referred to as Sejong TP) at the Small and Medium Business Training Center in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do to foster smart factory personnel and support small and medium ventures. About 10 executives including Kim Hyung-soo, head of SBC's Job Division, and Kim Hyun-tae, director of Sejong Technopark, attended the signing ceremony to share each institution's projects and discuss areas of mutual cooperation.
Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in areas such as the dissemination and expansion of smart factories, personnel training, and in-service training to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium ventures. Specifically, they decided to jointly promote ▲ development and operation support of smart factory personnel training courses ▲ dissemination and expansion of smart factories for small and medium ventures and utilization of smart factory learning centers ▲ cooperation in personnel training and in-service job competency improvement training for small and medium ventures ▲ on-site technical difficulty education and customized training. SBC will be responsible for developing training courses and operating training programs necessary for fostering smart factory specialists and improving in-service job competencies, while Sejong TP will strive to activate participation of local small and medium ventures and related organizations.
