View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] The Gyeongnam Provincial Council opened the 381st regular session on the 3rd and began a 43-day schedule until December 15, including administrative audits, review of the 2021 initial budget proposal, and review of the 2020 4th supplementary budget proposal.
At the plenary session on the day, following the 5-minute free speeches by five members including Kim Young-jin (Changwon 3, Min), Governor Kim Kyung-soo and Superintendent of Education Park Jong-hoon delivered their policy speeches on the 2021 budget proposal.
During the 14-day administrative audit from the 4th to the 17th, six standing committees including the Planning and Administration Committee will conduct on-site inspections and local audits of their respective projects to closely examine the executive branch's work progress throughout the year.
Subsequently, from the 18th, the review of the 2020 4th supplementary budget proposal will take place, and from the 25th to the 27th, 12 council members will conduct questions regarding provincial administration and education administration. After reviewing the 2021 initial budget proposal starting on the 30th, the regular session schedule will conclude with the plenary session on December 15.
