Inje University Finally Selected for 3 Educational Research Groups in 4th Phase BK21 Project

The educational research groups of Inje University finally selected this time are ▲ Healthcare 4C Design Educational Research Group ▲ NANO 4.0 Convergence Materials and Components Regional Innovation Talent Training Educational Research Group ▲ Digital Anti-Aging Convergence Research Group.
Inje University, which had three project groups selected in the 3rd phase project, proved its excellent educational and research capabilities by having three educational research groups finally selected in the 4th phase project as well.
The educational research groups selected for the 4th phase BK21 project will receive 9.3 billion KRW over seven years, approximately 1.3 billion KRW annually, supported by the government and local governments to train master's and doctoral level research personnel.
To this end, research scholarships are provided monthly to graduate students so they can focus on their studies and research, and personnel expenses for young researchers such as research professors are also supported.
Graduate students of the selected educational research groups receive support of 700,000 KRW per month for master's students, 1,300,000 KRW per month for doctoral students, and 3,000,000 KRW per month for young researchers.

Song Han-jung, head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation at Inje University, said, "We will not be satisfied with this achievement and will analyze the causes for the educational research groups that were regrettably not selected," adding, "We will do our best to equip better education and excellent research capabilities through continuous sharing of achievements with the existing selected educational research groups."
