Hosted by the Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters and organized by the Gwangju Metropolitan City Golf Association, this tournament featured 32 male and 50 female participants competing at South Links Yeongam Country Club (Kyle Phillips Course, PAR 72).
In the men's division, Ha Ji-min, a second-year student at Suseong Bangtong High School, scored 68 strokes (IN 33, OUT 35), and in the women's division, Hwang Yeon-seo, a first-year student at Hampyeong Golf High School, scored 69 strokes (IN 33, OUT 36), each taking first place on the opening day and moving one step closer to victory.
Following in the men's division, Kim Se-jin, a third-year student at Suwan Hana Middle School, scored 72 strokes (IN 35, OUT 37) to place second, and Jeong Yu-jun, a second-year student at Seogang High School, also scored 72 strokes (IN 36, OUT 36) to take third place.
Oh Won-min, a third-year student at Changwon Nam Middle School, scored 73 strokes (IN 36, OUT 37) to rank fourth, while Heo Jun-ha from the Gwangju Golf Association recorded 74 strokes (IN 36, OUT 38).
In the women's division, Lee Joo-hyun, a second-year student at Yeongdong Sanhwa High School, scored 70 strokes (IN 33, OUT 37) to take second place, and Lee Seo-yoon, a first-year student at Suseong Bangtong High School, scored 71 strokes (IN 33, OUT 38) to place third.
Following them were Jeong Mi-ri, a third-year student at Incheon Girls' Bangtong High School, with 71 strokes (IN 35, OUT 36), and Park Da-eun, a second-year student at Geumyung High School, with 72 strokes (IN 34, OUT 38).
In the event of a tie, rankings are determined by the back count method.
