[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] On the 2nd, Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced that it has completed remodeling work to improve the main building environment so that socially disadvantaged groups can conveniently use the county office building.
Through the remodeling, braille blocks, help bells, braille guide boards, and large building directories were installed inside the building to enhance the convenience of visiting and using the county office for socially disadvantaged groups such as the elderly and disabled.
Among the civil petitioners visiting the county office, if someone has physical difficulties or does not know which department to visit, they can press the help bell installed at the building entrance, and the responsible public official will come to assist with civil petition guidance and work processing. A help bell was also installed inside the disabled restroom on the first floor of the main building to ensure no inconvenience in using the county office building.
