Kumho Tire Participates in 2020 Korea Sale Festa
Special Discount Offered for On-Site Tire Purchases
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Kumho Tire announced on the 30th that it will participate in the 2020 Korea Sale Festa (Kosepe) starting November 1st and hold an event offering various benefits such as discounts to customers purchasing tires.
This year's Kosepe is being held on the largest scale since its first launch in 2016, with 1,328 companies participating. In particular, compared to last year, more than twice the number of representative consumer goods manufacturers directly related to daily life, such as automobiles, clothing, home appliances, and cosmetics, have joined, raising expectations to revitalize the consumption market, which has been depressed due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
During the event period, Kumho Tire will provide various benefits to customers purchasing premium tires for passenger cars and sport utility vehicles (SUVs). Special discounted prices will be applied when purchasing tire event products on-site, and replacement services can be used free of charge (limited to some dealerships). Also, when purchasing tire event products online, customers can receive the same tire discount benefits as the offline event. Free use of replacement services and discounts on mobile car washing are also offered.
Lim Byung-seok, Executive Director of Korean Sales, said, "Kumho Tire has joined to support the successful hosting of ‘Kosepe,’ the largest shopping festival in Korea," adding, "We are pleased to participate as a leading domestic tire brand to help restore consumer sentiment frozen due to COVID-19."
