In particular, the technical position, which is GGM's first experienced employee recruitment field, attracted about a thousand applicants. With 1,005 applicants for 70 positions, the competition rate was 14.4 to 1.
For the 4th general position experienced employee recruitment, which selects 9 people, 148 applied, showing a competition rate of 16.4 to 1.
GGM plans to announce the final successful candidates in early December after going through procedures such as document screening, personality and organizational adaptation tests, and interviews for these applicants.

A GGM official said, "This open recruitment received applications through the recruitment agency Incruit to maximize transparency," adding, "Going forward, we plan to gradually supplement additional personnel according to the schedule such as factory construction and production equipment introduction."
