Nexon Makes Strategic Investment in Sandbox to "Foster Game Influencers"
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Nexon announced on the 28th that it has made a strategic investment in the multi-channel network (MCN) company Sandbox Network.
Founded in 2015, Sandbox is a leading domestic MCN company producing content across various fields on digital platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch. It represents top domestic creators as well as famous broadcasters.
Through this investment, Nexon and Sandbox will build a strategic partnership by utilizing their human and material resources. In particular, they plan to undertake new initiatives such as producing diverse content combining both companies' intellectual property (IP) and fostering game influencers.
