Exchange, Amosense, and Two Other Companies File Preliminary Review for KOSDAQ Listing
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Korea Exchange announced on the 26th that three companies, including Amosense, have filed preliminary reviews for listing on KOSDAQ.
Amosense is an electronic component manufacturer that produces sheets that shield magnetic fields to improve the efficiency of wireless charging. Last year, its sales amounted to 62 billion KRW, and operating profit was 1.8 billion KRW.
Isak Engineering is a company specializing in factory automation equipment control. Last year, on a consolidated basis, its sales were 32.8 billion KRW, and operating profit was 3.3 billion KRW. Shinhan Financial Investment is the lead manager for the listing of both companies.
