Seoul Reports 17 New COVID-19 Cases Yesterday... 3 Additional Cases Linked to a Family in Guro-gu
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Seventeen new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Seoul yesterday.
As of midnight on the 25th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul increased by 17 from the previous day, bringing the total cumulative number of confirmed cases to 5,807.
Three additional cases were confirmed among contacts related to the family cluster infection in Guro-gu identified on the 23rd.
Additionally, there were four cases confirmed after contact with confirmed patients from other cities or provinces, five cases from other infection routes, and five cases with infection routes still under investigation.
So far, 5,350 patients in Seoul have been declared recovered and discharged, while 383 are currently undergoing isolation treatment.
