Dongbu Construction Relocates Headquarters to Gangnam... "Maximizing Business Synergy"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Dongbu Construction is relocating its headquarters to Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
On the 22nd, Dongbu Construction announced that it will move its office from 'Asterium Seoul' near Seoul Station in Yongsan-gu to 'Coreate Tower' in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu.
Coreate Tower was originally used as the Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance building. After Korea Land & Trust (hereafter KLT) finalized its acquisition in June, the building was remodeled and renamed Coreate Tower.
Dongbu Construction relocated its headquarters to Coreate Tower to maximize business synergy with KLT, a major investor in Keystone Eco Prime, the largest shareholder.
Dongbu Construction will occupy parts of the 19 floors, including basement level 1, 3rd floor, 10th floor, 12th to 14th floors, and 19th floor.
The entire 3rd floor has been designed as a meeting and community space to facilitate active communication between departments and divisions.
