Fisheries and Coastal Infrastructure Corporation Holds 2nd On-site Advisory Meeting for Oido Port Fishing Village New Deal Project
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] The Korea Fisheries Infrastructure Public Corporation announced on the 19th that it held the 2nd on-site advisory meeting for the Oido Port Fishing Village New Deal Project in the Siheung area on the 15th.
This expert on-site advisory meeting was held with about 30 participants, including corporation officials, Fishing Village New Deal advisory committee members, Siheung city officials, local council members, and contractors.
In particular, based on the project contents established through the previously conducted 1st on-site advisory meeting and local council meetings, the meeting aimed to derive a solid basic plan by receiving vivid expert advice directly at the project site.
The Korea Fisheries Infrastructure Public Corporation plans to enhance tourism vitality in Oido by remodeling the Red Lighthouse, maintaining public facilities at Oido Port, refurbishing the cultural street, and repairing the embankment facilities at Oido Port, thereby promoting regional economic revitalization.
