[Bitcoin Now] Domestic Bitcoin at 13.16 Million KRW, Overseas at 11,460 USD Level Recorded
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Bitcoin, the number one cryptocurrency by market capitalization, is maintaining a slight upward trend in both domestic and international markets. It is trading at 13.16 million KRW in the domestic market and around 11,460 USD in the overseas market.
As of 10:38 AM on the 19th, according to the cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb, Bitcoin was trading at 13,164,000 KRW, up 0.28% (37,000 KRW) from the previous session. The total trading volume for the day was about 15.7 billion KRW.
In the domestic market, price movements varied among cryptocurrencies. Ethereum (0.05%) and Ada (0.91%) rose, while Ripple (-0.29%), Chainlink (-0.08%), EOS (-0.41%), Tron (-0.27%), and Litecoin (-0.73%) declined.
According to another cryptocurrency exchange, Upbit, Bitcoin was down 0.32% (42,000 KRW) from the previous session, trading at 13,165,000 KRW.
Other major cryptocurrencies also showed slight declines. Ethereum (-0.45%), Ripple (-0.36%), Bitcoin Cash (-0.44%), EOS (-0.34%), and Bitcoin SV (-0.70%) all decreased.
In the overseas market, Bitcoin is maintaining a slight upward trend as well. According to cryptocurrency market data provider CoinMarketCap, at the same time, Bitcoin was up 0.74% from 24 hours earlier, trading at 11,462.75 USD.
