[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the afternoon of the 16th, Chaehyunil, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, attended the regular meeting of the National Multicultural City Council held at Guro Youth Space Cheongnyeon Irum to discuss current issues including the review of multicultural policies and practical agendas for 2020.
The meeting was conducted in a hybrid format combining in-person and video conferencing. Following greetings from heads of member city organizations, a congratulatory video from a representative of the Council of Europe was shown, followed by suggestions on intercultural cities and discussions on policy and practical agendas.
