Kim Yong-ho, who runs the YouTube channel 'Kim Yong-ho Entertainment Chief,' posted on his channel on the 12th, "Lee Geun's crime is a 'Violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes,'" and revealed a search result showing the court case number.
The released photo contained information that the appeal was dismissed on November 29, 2019, in a case labeled 'Defendant: Lee Geun.'

Does he know how far I have investigated to be so hasty in making a move like this?" He added, "Does he think he can deceive the innocent public just by revealing a passport photo?"
He continued, "From now on, I will reveal evidence one by one," and said, "Lee Geun's crime is a 'Violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.' Since the appeal dismissal decision has been made, Lee Geun is already a convicted criminal."
Kim also added, "Lee Geun is active on Instagram, so why don't you explain this case as well? Do you think there is only one or two victims who reported to me?"
Earlier, Kim also claimed on his YouTube channel the previous day that "Captain Lee has no UN work experience but lies about having worked at the UN." In the video, Kim introduced a report from a woman who said she met Captain Lee and received a business card labeled 'UN Diplomat' from him.
In response, Captain Lee posted on Instagram, "I will sue for spreading false information," along with a photo certifying his UN passport.
