OOTP is a mid-sized German game company established in 1999, providing PC-based sports management games such as 'Out of the Park Baseball (OOTP Baseball)' and 'Franchise Hockey Manager.'
OOTP Baseball is a management game licensed by the American professional baseball MLB and is currently available on platforms such as Steam and online downloads. A new package is released every year with the start of the season, and it has secured the largest number of users in the U.S. market.
Com2uS expects high synergy between the two companies through the acquisition of OOTP. Already possessing expertise in global sports license games such as MLB, NBA, and KBO, Com2uS plans to strengthen its competitiveness by adding OOTP's management genre capabilities. Additionally, they plan to successfully lead the global market expansion of OOTP games and the service of mobile versions through organic collaboration.
