Moon's son "Gwak Sang-do is bad... Hurting people through abuse of power"
[Asia Economy Reporter Hana Na] Moon Joon-yong, son of President Moon Jae-in, criticized Gwak Sang-do, a member of the People Power Party, saying he is "habitually and indiscriminately abusing his authority and harming people."
On the 8th, Moon wrote on his Facebook, "It is said that Representative Gwak Sang-do summoned the chairman of the university where I am a part-time lecturer to the National Assembly audit." He added, "He asked for my lecture evaluations, basically implying that hiring me as a part-time lecturer was a special favor."
He continued, "Even without any special favors, it looks like I will lose my lecture this time," and expressed, "I have never met the chairman, but I apologize."
He pointed out, "It is obvious why they are asking for the lecture evaluations," saying, "Editing, excerpting, and shaming. They will publish it somewhere strange so that if you search my name, the lecture evaluation scores will come up."
He also claimed that "Gwak Sang-do previously caused someone to be disciplined over the leakage of my nephew's academic records," arguing that leaking lecture evaluations is similarly illegal. He added, "Since he is a member of the National Assembly, he should know the law well, but maybe he is asking just in case he unknowingly gets caught."
